3 days retreat module

This 3 day retreat is a process of stepping into a research within ourselves. The focus is not on what we do but more about how we do it. It is for those of you who truly want to step into the waters of self reflection and create a practice that can help align yourself to your potential.

Before signing up for this retreat, you will receive a questionnaire that can help us both understand your readiness to participate in this process. The questionnaire is not for any kind of selection process but for you to know if you are ready to choose your true self. If you feel that you are ready, we trust that you are.

Day 1 - Understanding and assimilating

  • Wake up practices : Expanding our capacity to listen deeply by awakening our senses.

  • Setting intention : Understanding what inspires you and setting an intention that can lead you to it.

  • Studio Time : Spending time with the chosen art form

  • Receiving guidance from nature

  • Community : Group activities & relational exercises

  • Movement session to release : Releasing anything that does not serve us through movement.

  • Meditation

Day 2 - Observing & Evaluating

  • Wake up practices : Deepening our capacity to listen deeply by awakening our senses.

  • Setting intention : Re-evaluating our intention and observing if there is anything stopping us from living it through a process of self-inquiry.

  • Studio Time : Spending time with the chosen art form focusing on the guidance received from spending time in nature.

  • Spending time in nature & observing the silence within

  • Community : Reflection

  • Movement session to release : Releasing anything that does not serve us through movement.

  • Meditation

 

Day 3 - Action

​

  • Wake up practices : Evaluate, eliminate and keep aspects of the practices that suit us or create your own practice from the understanding that has been received & the tools that have been offered during the previous two days.

  • Setting intention : Focusing the actions that need to be taken to experience life from this space of inspiration.

  • Studio Time : Spending time with the chosen art form

  • Spending time in nature to stay present with the silence within.

  • Community Time

  • Movement session to release : Releasing anything that does not serve us through movement.

  • Meditation

Note : This retreat can also be broken down, giving more space & time to each aspect for a longer duration like 8 to 10 days.

Sharanya Rao

From childhood, meditative practices and self-reflection have been my go-to during difficult times. As a professional dancer, movement has been my way to find inner stillness, clarity, and guidance.
Living in Auroville deepened this journey, exposing me to a life centered on inner work and healing alongside others. Over the years, I’ve gained insight into practices that align the inner self, and I have found that it gives me immense joy and touches me deeply to witness people transform themselves and their reality through inner work.
Now, I’m here to pursue what moves me, hoping it brings what the world needs.
